1. Returns

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and hygiene products:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is:
    • Damaged
    • Leaked
    • Incorrect item delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used or opened products
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier or force majeure events
